Tools I'm using in 2019 by Lowri Johnston

I love the start of January. I’m not big on new years resolutions - I tend to break them and then feel crap about it, but I do love the new start January gives. A clean new diary and big plans!

During the past couple of years being freelance I’ve tried loads of different things to keep my work and projects organised. It’s possible to spend SO MANY HOURS putting things in place. They might look pretty but if they don’t work for you then what’s the point?

I thought it would be a good idea to share what I’m using incase they are of use to you.

Cael trefn ar 2019 by Lowri Johnston

Dwi’n rhywun sydd wrth fy modd gyda cychwyn Ionawr. Dim mod i’n berson mawr am addunedau - dwi’n dueddol o’u torri nhw’n ddigon cloi felly wedi rhoi’r gorau i hynny ers tro - ond dwi’n hoffi rhoi trefn ar bethau. Dyddiadur newydd glân a chynlluniau mawr! Dros y ddwy flynedd ers gweithio i’n hunan dwi wedi trio sawl peth gwahanol i gadw trefn ar y gwaith ac amrywiaeth o brosiectau. Ac mae modd treulio ORIAU MAITH yn gosod pob fath o systemau yn eu lle. Falle bod nhw’n edrych yn bert ond os nad ydyn nhw’n gweithio i chi, beth yw’r pwynt?

On i’n meddwl fydden i’n rhannu y pethau dwi’n eu defnyddio i gadw trefn rhagofn bod rhain o gymorth i chi.

Hello, Mesen! by Lowri Johnston

Mesen is the welsh word for acorn. As a girl from Carmarthen, the story of the Old Oak is part of our heritage here… as a matter of fact I can actually see the place the old oak used to stand (which is now a lovely mini roundabout…) from my house - which also serves as the office!

Helo, Mesen! by Lowri Johnston

Pam ‘Mesen’? Merch o Gaerfyrddin ydw i, ac mae hanes yr Hen Dderwen yn rhan mawr o hanes y dref. A dweud y gwir alla i weld y man lle roedd yr hen dderwen yn byw o’m cartref (lle mae fy swyddfa hefyd!). Mae’r fesen yn symbol cryf i fi o rhywbeth sy’n tyfu… ‘o’r fesen derwyn a dyf’ ac ati (merch Ysgol y Dderwen fan hyn!).
